We use your personal data to deliver coaching, therapy, and training services (lawful basis: contract), to send newsletters where you have opted in (lawful basis: consent), and to improve our services (lawful basis: legitimate interest). We will never sell your data.
3. Data Processors
We work with trusted processors who act on our behalf, including Kajabi (course hosting), Zoom (video), Calendly (scheduling), Google Drive and Dropbox (file storage), QuickBooks (Intuit) (accounting), DocuSign (e-signing), and Google Analytics (website analytics). All processors comply with UK GDPR standards and data-protection agreements.
4. Data Retention
Coaching, supervision, and therapy records are retained securely for 7 years after the end of your engagement to meet professional and insurance requirements. Marketing data is retained for up to 7 years or until you unsubscribe. Financial records are kept for at least 7 years as required by law.
5. International Transfers
Where our processors transfer data outside the UK or EEA (for example, to the United States), we ensure appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses are in place.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object, and data portability (where applicable). You may withdraw consent at any time.
