Book Your Discovery CallHow Does Supervision Support You as a Coach?
Normative: Ethical & Grounded
Supervision helps you stay aligned with professional standards and ethical practice. With an ND lens, we explore issues like disclosure, accessibility, and boundaries so you can feel confident your coaching is both inclusive and responsible.
Formative: Learning & Growth
Supervision is a space to expand your skills and deepen your coaching practice. You’ll gain fresh insight into ND-inclusive approaches, strengthen your use of language, and develop strategies that serve both you and your coachees.
Restorative: Support & Energy
Coaching can be demanding, including when ND realities are part of the picture. Supervision offers a restorative pause, giving you space to process, celebrate, reflect and recharge so you can return to your practice with renewed energy.
