These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By engaging with So Not Typical, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide coaching, supervision, corporate consultancy and training under So Not Typical. Programme details are outlined at purchase. Package sessions are valid for 1 year from purchase unless otherwise stated.

2. Payment and Billing

Payments are processed via Stripe, SquareUp, PayPal, cash or BACS and managed in QuickBooks. Fees must be paid before services commence unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to suspend access to programmes for non-payment.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full. Digital products are non-refundable once accessed. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by So Not Typical remain our intellectual property and are for personal use only. Reproduction or distribution without consent is prohibited.

5. Liability

We make every effort to deliver high-quality services but cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment.

6. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith before pursuing court action. Jurisdiction rests with the courts of England and Wales.
